Driven to make a difference for families like his, Owen will compete in the Manchester Half-Marathon next weekend. He, his sister and his mother all live with Marfan syndrome. At just 17, Owen faced open-heart surgery; now, at 23, he’s reharnessing strength and rehearsing his running stride.
