Filled with Easter spirit, Lily, aged 10, dreamed up a chocolate challenge at the end of term! She invited people to guess the number of buttons in her jar and raised £49.33 from her fellow pupils. The very happy winner left with a gigantic egg. Lily’s guessing game inspired real generosity, raised awareness of Marfan syndrome, and brought a sense of fun to fundraising.

Lily lives with Marfan syndrome and she created this fundraising event entirely of her own volition! Here is what her proud school has to say:

“Lily has raised an incredible £49.33 entirely off her own initiative for the Marfan Syndrome charity. What an unbelievable, selfless act from someone so young; her kindness and determination genuinely shine and is exactly what we strive for at PMS!

Her “How Many Buttons in the Jar?” challenge was a huge hit, and the lucky winner was absolutely delighted to walk away with their giant Easter egg.
She has shown such compassion, creativity, and drive. We couldn’t be prouder of her and the heart she has put into helping others."
