Robin comes to The Marfan Trust due to the personal experience of a now teenage son who was diagnosed with the condition at age three. Having attended scores of his son’s hospital appointments and four operations, he has a certain motivation to assist the Trust to attain even greater success in the future.
Personal interest in the past led him to be an active volunteer for the shared parenting charity Families Need Fathers to help it through a period of previous difficulty in funding and strategy towards the important voice it has today in the shared parenting debate.
For 15 years Robin has been the Director and owner of a design and print business. Previously he worked in business development, general management and project management in the automotive electronic sector for global names such as Ford Motor Co, Siemens and Motorola.
