There are 3 membership options: Friends, Best Friends and Family Friends Membership. Friends Membership is free. As a Best Friend or Family Friend, you will additionally receive all our premium content plus other benefits and importantly enable the Marfan Trust to continue supporting those with the condition, researching treatments and creating more awareness of Marfan syndrome.
