Get Involved
Fundraising is a great way of helping us continue our research into Marfan syndrome.
The money you raise whether large or small will make a difference to the lives of many people affected by the condition.
Read the story of Les Vince, one of our local supporters, which may inspire you to follow his example.
You can make it as fun, creative or as challenging as you like and to help you on your way we have put together some fundraising ideas.
Gardens for the Marfan Trust
Why not open up your garden for the Marfan Trust? Whether it is a small corner-plot or country estate, it's a great way of fundraising. You could also have a plant sale, or a book or cake stall.
Bingo night
Organise a fun night of bingo in a local hall or community centre.
Take on a Challenge
Get involved in a sporting event like the BUPA Great Run South and ask people to sponsor you. Details available from our Charity Administrator.
Hold a Jumble Sale
Get all of your friends and families to clear out all of their unwanted items and hold a jumble sale somewhere local. Remember one persons rubbish is another person's treasure!
These are just some of the things you can do.
You can also support us by purchasing a Marfan Trust 'T' shirt.
